Dusty Road Mentoring

Walking the journey together

Life has a way of getting complicated. The road forward isn’t always clear, and sometimes we just need space to slow down, talk honestly, and work out what really matters.

Growth rarely happens on smooth highways

It happens on long stretches of dirt — where things are unclear, uncomfortable, and unfamiliar.

Dusty Road Mentoring exists for those seasons. For those who are navigating change, wrestling with questions, or sensing there’s more — but aren’t sure how to move forward. We are here to walk alongside you on the journey you’re already on.

The Journey

Mentoring works best when it’s unhurried and intentional.

Faith & Foundations

Dusty Road Mentoring is grounded in the Christian faith and shaped by Scripture.

Faith is approached relationally — not as a formula or something pressured, but as a lived journey that speaks into everyday life. You don’t need to have everything figured out to be welcome here, just an openness to the journey.

Who’s Walking With You

My name is Fudge Jordan and I’ve spent over 30 years walking alongside people in youth and outreach ministry, helping them navigate life, faith, and growth.

I’m based in Hobart, Tasmania and primarily offer face-to-face mentoring, while also welcoming online conversations for those further afield.

I’m studying a Graduate Certificate of Christian Mentoring from SMBC and my approach is shaped by proven Christian mentoring frameworks, with a strong emphasis on listening, presence, and discernment.

Above all, I value walking with people — not ahead of them.
